OUR SERVICES
Our Homecare Program is designed to give each owner some eyes and ears at their property while they are away. Should we notice anything out of the ordinary or concerning, we notify each owner immediately to discuss next steps.
REMAINTENANCE HOMECARE PROGRAM

OWNER & GUEST OF OWNER PRE-ARRIVAL SERVICE
The following items we handle before each Owner and Guest of Owner’s pre-arrival:

Check all light bulbs and filters (Will change out free of charge if supplies are in house and item is easily accessible)

Check televisions, cable, and lamp connections

Check appliances for proper operation

Check all ceiling fans for proper operation

Check for hot water

Set Thermostats
